Quantexa is seeking an experienced Financial Lead to modernise and scale a global finance function across multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environments. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead initiatives to improve process, controls, data governance and operational excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of finance operations, systems, data and business performance, delivering measurable improvements in close efficiency, reporting quality and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with global experience.
• Proven track record in Finance process transformation.
• Experience with multi-entity / multi-jurisdiction finance.
• Strong data governance and internal controls.
• Experience with SOX readiness and governance.
• ERP implementations across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Develop a transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives and compliance needs (SOX).
• Analyse and redesign finance processes to improve productivity and control.
• Identify control gaps and remediation plans with prioritised actions.
• Lead finance systems and automation projects end-to-end from requirements to go-live.
• Establish data governance and reporting frameworks across multiple entities.
