Job summary

Chimes International Limited seeks a Vice President & Corporate Controller (Finance) to build scalable accounting processes, strengthen the balance sheet and control environment, and support growth, acquisitions and Finance transformation. You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual close, own GL, intercompany, eliminations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting across entities.

Focus on risk-based balance sheet reviews and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidated financial reporting across all entities.
• Own the general ledger, intercompany accounting and eliminations, accruals, allocations and other core accounting processes.
• Establish disciplined close calendar, clear preparer/reviewer accountability and documentation standards.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements with complete support before release.
