Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Lead, Financial Process & Platform Modernization to shape and execute modernization of controllership processes, platforms, data, and ways of working.

You’ll lead high-priority initiatives spanning close, consolidation, reporting, and controls with executive visibility. You will translate complex accounting and operational requirements into scalable designs, partner with Finance Systems, Technology, Data, and Engineering teams, and deliver measurable improvements in cycle

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in accounting, controllership or finance modernization.
• CPA preferred; MBA/CMA or data credentials are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, close and consolidation, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization initiatives from strategy through execution across close, consolidation, financial reporting, and controls.
• Translate requirements into scalable process, system, and data solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Own and manage major modernization workstreams with governance and clear priorities.
• Enhance data, reporting, and performance dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Advise controllership leadership with data-backed trade-offs and executive narratives.
• Apply AI-first approach to redesign workflows, ensuring governance and auditability.
• Drive continuous improvement and retire legacy processes that no longer serve.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority.
