You will lead high‑priority initiatives spanning close, consolidation, financial reporting, and controls, translating strategic priorities into scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve cycle time and quality. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance Systems, Technology, Data, and Engineering

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and close/process controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional modernization initiatives.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Lead controllership modernization from strategy through execution with measurable improvements.
• Translate requirements into scalable process, system, and data solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Own major modernization workstreams within the controllership roadmap and drive governance.
• Enhance controllership data, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to controllership leadership on modernization priorities.
• Apply AI-first approach to redesign and scale workflows with governance and audit defensibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge legacy processes with data-driven experimentation.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Technology, and other partners.
