Job Description: Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a consistent corporate financial strategy through managing accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will serve as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calculating, posting, and reviewing financial data for maintaining accounting and statistical records, including monthly general ledger closing
- Analyzing financial information related to assets, liabilities, and capital, and assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize the company's financial position
- Establishing, modifying, and coordinating the implementation of control procedures
- Auditing contracts, orders, and vouchers; assisting in the preparation of governmental surveys
- Preparing for financial statement audits
- Assigning duties and reviewing work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance
- Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency
- Meeting with internal Project Managers to gather information for monthly revenue recognition and accruals
- Conducting system surveys within operations to identify organizational needs
- Compiling data for cash flow forecasting
Requirements:
- CPA certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or construction (project-based)
- Over 8 years of professional experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
