Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
• Other Compensation: yearly bonus

Job Summary

The Financial Controller leads financial planning & analysis, manages budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and ensures compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing results, managing weekly financial processes, preparing financial statements, and supporting operational and financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting
• Experience managing multiple accounts/locations
• Experience in foodservice or retail industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
