Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial planning & analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
2. Improve financial performance through analysis, variance monitoring, and trend identification.
3. Manage weekly flash process, partnering with field operators and reporting financial standing.
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, reconcile transactions, and correct data.
5. Create client-facing reports on financial performance and operational metrics.
6. Complete and manage various financial reports, including audits.
7. Review general ledger and balance sheets, resolve accounting issues.
8. Manage Accounts Receivable, inventory, and cost control procedures.
9. Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/locations.
• Industry experience in foodservice or retail, foodservice operations a plus.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience with POS, cash, and credit reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
