Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial planning & analysis, including budget development, forecasting, and performance measurement.
2. Analyze results, monitor variances, and recommend improvements.
3. Manage weekly financial reports and partner with field operations.
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close.
5. Prepare client-facing presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
6. Complete and manage various financial reports and audits.
7. Review general ledger and resolve accounting issues.
8. Manage Accounts Receivables and maintain inventory and cost controls.
9. Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/locations.
• Background in foodservice or retail industry, foodservice experience a plus.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
