Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales and relationship management skills in banking and service delivery.
