Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers at our Michigan branch. You will act as a Financial Concierge, understanding customer needs and recommending deposit and other banking products to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities include accurate transaction processing, daily balancing, and delivering outstanding service while proactively expanding relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contractual role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
