Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, and by recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers on banking options. Strong customer service, sales, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year customer service or military admin/contracting experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year of customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail is preferred.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
