Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers with a financial concierge approach. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit and banking products, while handling transactions accurately.

In this role you will educate customers on deposit options, refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and uphold all policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role (or a Bachelor's Degree).
1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile apps and online banking).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, and communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
