Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and expanding consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while adhering to bank policies and procedures. This office-based role supports in-branch customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in explaining consumer deposit products to customers.
• Ability to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships and refer to other bank areas.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
