Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking or goal-driven retail.
• Cash handling skills are preferred.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Growing customer relationships through disciplined sales, new customer follow-up, referrals.
• Referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
