Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to be a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other products and services.

You’ll process transactions accurately while educating customers on bank products and technology, and you’ll adhere to policies and drive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services and cash handling is preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending options.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate strong communication, relationship management, and product knowledge.
