Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products.

You will also balance daily transactions and provide exceptional service. The role emphasizes proactive sales through referrals, education of customers on products, and adherence to risk and regulatory policies.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in a relevant role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Proactive relationship building and ability to identify customer financial needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through sales and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and security requirements.
