Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
• Ability to educate customers on deposit products and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Follow up with new customers and source referrals from customers and partners.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
