Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while educating customers on products and services and coordinating referrals across bank areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year or more in customer service or related role.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit products and services.
