Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers at our branch locations. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by understanding customer goals and recommending deposit and other banking products and services.

You will handle transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and deliver exemplary customer service while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required, or a Bachelor’s degree as an alternative.
1 year of customer service experience or related military/admin role is preferred.
Cash handling skills are a plus.
Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking is required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and related services.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and partnerships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
