Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS at a Mississippi branch. You will act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending deposits and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately and balance daily while delivering exemplary service, with emphasis on referrals, education, and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service or military service in administration/ similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking or financial services.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with mobile/online banking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Growing customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
