Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS for our branch network in the United States. You will serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retain and grow consumer and business relationships, identify goals, and recommend deposits and banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service. Responsibilities include educating customers on deposit products, pursuing referrals, and adhering to all bank policies

Formación

High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year customer service or related experience.
Bachelor's degree is acceptable in lieu of experience.
Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
Cash handling skills"

Responsabilidades

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
