Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help clients reach their financial goals by recommending deposit products and services, processing transactions accurately, and balancing daily work with outstanding service.

In this role you will expand relationships through a disciplined sales process, educate customers on mobile and online banking, and collaborate with partners while following all policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service experience.
• Comfort with banking products and consumer deposits.
• Ability to communicate and educate customers on services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Growing relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
