Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You’ll help clients achieve financial goals by recommending deposits and banking products while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily activity with stellar service.

You will grow customer relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, referrals, and partnerships, while complying with all policies and procedures in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
