Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Ohio seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products and services.

Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and delivering exemplary customer service while pursuing opportunities to deepen relationships through a structured sales process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military administration experience or a Bachelor's Degree acceptable.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile and online banking) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
