Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
