Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions with accuracy.

You will balance daily transactions, provide exemplary service, and apply a disciplined sales process to broaden customer relationships.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and educate customers on deposit products, while referring to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
