Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help clients achieve financial goals, retain and grow relationships, and educate customers on bank products and technology.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, educating customers about deposit products and lending, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships with disciplined sales and referrals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or related military/administrative experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Proficiency in explaining consumer deposit products and lending.
Ability to identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on deposit products and lending options.
Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhere to policies, security, and risk/regulatory procedures.
Demonstrate sales, relationship management, and product knowledge in daily activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
