Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, or military service in relevant roles, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Growing customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
