Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS at our Cincinnati branch. As a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, you will help clients achieve their financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is a plus.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking knowledge.
