Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS for our Cincinnati area branch. As a Financial Concierge, you will assist walk-in customers, retain and grow consumer and business relationships, and identify needs to recommend deposits and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and educate customers on products while collaborating with partners to deepen relationships and ensure a seamless banking experience in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in administration, military, or related role.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking/financial services customer service.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
