Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, delivering outstanding service and proactively identifying financial goals. This role balances transactional duties with consultative sales to help clients reach their financial objectives.

You will educate customers on deposits and other banking products, grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, and collaborate with partners across the bank while adhering to risk

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
