Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and align customers to the best banker for ongoing support.
• Source, coach and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners.
• Participate in activities benefiting the communities served.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
