• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision-making.
• NMLS SAF E Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with memorable service.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and internal resources.
• Develop integrated book of business strategy with FNA for proactive support.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and One Bank culture.
• Participate in community activities and uphold ethical conduct.
