Job summary

You will learn bank-wide processes, deepen customer relationships, and master consultative sales to identify client needs and provide solutions. This position emphasizes teamwork, community involvement, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Professional communication skills: verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Sound decision-making capability.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and certifications from day one.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships through memorable service.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with proactive banking support.
• Sourcing, coaching and leading a team aligned with core values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold ethical standards.
