Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Become proficient at deepening consumer and small business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products and processes to guide and lead the team.
• Lead a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment for proactive ongoing support.
