• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.

• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment; MU4R reference.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through excellent service.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products and processes to guide the team.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with core values.
• Participate in community activities.
