Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Clinton Township, Michigan is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate. The program provides comprehensive onboarding with rotations through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management to prepare you for a Financial Center Manager role.

You will deepen customer relationships, gain product knowledge, lead a team, and cultivate a One Bank culture while following the Bancorp Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experience across channels.
• Participate in onboarding and complete the FCMA roadmap and certifications.
