Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including certification.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments for clients across channels.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaborate with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities and uphold the Bancorp Code of Conduct.
• Occasional duties as assigned.
