You will build customer relationships, learn the consultative sales process and gain knowledge of products and internal resources to lead a team aligned with our Core Values.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third's products, services, processes and resources.
• Develop consultative sales processes to identify financial needs and suggest solutions.
• Build an integrated book of business with FNA for proactive ongoing support.
• Learn to source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Engage with communities and uphold the Bank's Code of Ethics.
• Travel to attend meetings and training as needed.
