• Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration (NMLS) required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and development through the FCMA program.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships through a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third's products and processes to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Build an integrated book of business with effective client servicing across channels.
• Coach and develop team members while promoting a One Bank culture.
• Participate in community and corporate initiatives and adhere to policy.
