Preferred candidates have experience with FAFSA, NSLDS, COD, and Banner, plus Spanish language skills, to support a diverse student body and ensure timely offers.
Position Summary The Financial Assistance Advisor II-Dataload & Processing is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely loading of financial aid data, processing of student financial aid applications, and awarding of funds in compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that financial aid applications are processed efficiently and that students receive their financial aid offers in a timely manner. The Financial Assistance Advisor II-Dataload & Processing reports to the Assistant Director of Financial Assistance.
All advisors work as student advocates and understand the role financial assistance plays in the success and engagement of our students.
Bachelor's Degree.
One (1) year professional financial aid experience in higher education or student information systems, with an emphasis on data processing and award packaging.
