Summary of Job Duties

• Provide, obtain, and process student financial aid information and package financial aid awards.
• Provide individualized professional financial aid counseling to current and prospective students and parents.
• Provide information through outreach to the university and greater community.
• Ensure regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• At least one year of experience in student financial aid or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a higher education professional office setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
