- Lead a team of analysts managing financial execution of Boeing Global Services Government Sustainment efforts
- Manage, develop, and motivate a geographically diverse team

- Perform and analyze Estimates at Completion, budget baseline development, financial forecasting, and risk management analysis
- Develop and execute project and process plans
- Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Acquire project resources and lead process improvements
- Manage budgets, earned value, compliance monitoring, and variance analysis
Requirements
- Currently have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
- 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
- Final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Pre-Start required

- Must complete an assessment as part of the selection process
