Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a finance-focused professional to act as the primary finance focal for the 737 Quality organization in Renton, WA. You will interface with senior leadership, manage annual budgeting, monthly performance reporting, and drive opportunities and risks across the program.

The role requires strong Excel skills and 3+ years in finance or accounting, with COI screening and U.S. export control compliance.

• Handle ad hoc requests, including executive reviews and charge lines.
• Support the Quality and Manufacturing teams for the 737 program.

Job description

• Conduct variance analysis


• Integrate with the 737 program CFO and work with the Financial Planning team


• Handle ad hoc requests, including executive reviews, support ratios, and charge lines


• Champion change and drive process improvements through Financial Analysis team transformation projects


• Support the Quality and Manufacturing teams for the 737 program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in a business-related function


• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets


• 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership


• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process


• U.S. Person required to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
