Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Non-Labor, Material cost accounts for Platform and IPTs.
• Partner with assigned IPTs to reconcile cost accounts monthly and quarterly.
• Support new contract modification baselines.
• Communicate financial information to executive leadership.
• Lead discussions on financial risks, opportunities, and issues recommendations.
• Develop resource forecasts and EACs for control accounts, budgets, functions, pools, contracts, programs.
• Initiate analysis of resource forecasts and financial EACs.
• Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports.
• Initiate variance analyses and explain operational and financial performance to management.
• Recommend financial performance projections to management.
• Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost/schedule baselines, including earned value.
• Communicate cost/schedule trends.

• Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, pools, contracts, and programs
• Initiate analysis of resource forecasts, control account EACs, and financial EACs
• Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports
• Initiate variance analyses and explain operational and financial performance to management
• Recommend financial performance projections to management
• Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value
• Communicate cost and/or schedule trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
• Final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start required
• Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
