Qualifications

• Verifies student eligibility criteria and reviews and awards applicants for financial aid in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies.
• Notifies external servicing centers of student status and activities as required by Federal law.
• Reviews changes in regulations affecting campus-based programs and recommends procedural changes to meet regulatory needs.
• Maintains spreadsheets and prepares statistical, operating, and planning reports for tracking and balancing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assists students with locating institutional grants and scholarships.
• Oversees the file management system and manages correspondence for financial information.
• Coordinates, schedules, and provides in-service training and staff meetings as delegated.
