• Assists with recruitment and participates in university orientation/outreach for financial aid information.
• Counsels students and families on procedures, eligibility criteria, and program requirements.
• Analyses applicants' and families' circumstances to determine contribution toward education costs and guides on application steps.
• Delivers timely customer service across channels to ensure efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
