Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's with two years of experience in an appropriate field.
• Experience in financial aid or higher education is preferred.
• Familiarity with federal/state regulations governing financial aid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate financial aid information for eligibility.
• Process revisions, professional judgments, and appeals.
• Assist at front desk during peak times and provide guidance to students and families.
• Review financial aid reports and tax forms for compliance.
• Advise students and families on FAFSA filing and aid requirements.
