Job summary

West Coast University is hiring a frontline student services professional to assist prospective and current students with costs of attendance, financial aid options, and loan counseling. You will meet with students, review documents for accuracy, and guide them through the information required to finalize aid packages.

In this role, you will review student records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure files are complete and accurately scanned into our system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a customer service provider in a professional environment.
• Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in all aspects of the job function.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills through active listening and delivery of information clearly and effectively.
