Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 year’s experience in Financial Aid.
• Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in all aspects of the job function.
• Excellent communication skills through active listening and clear information delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional, helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Meet with students and prospective students to discuss costs of attendance, financial aid options, and loan counseling.
• Review documentation and update electronic student files accurately in Image Now.
• Review student records for discrepancies and document resolutions.
• Review ISIR data to ensure c-codes are resolved and verification items are requested.
• Assist students and parents with requests for FSA IDs and online FAFSA/MPN submissions and counseling.
• Provide in-person loan counseling for students unable to complete online counseling.
